The main avenue was really close. The pool was nice. The staff was very helpful. The room was amazing. Only thing my bathroom was smelling like sewer and there was a lot of stairs. Otherwise it was actually really great and it was only one room out of the three.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel apartment! The place was spacious, and it was especially convenient that each room had its own bathroom, which made everything feel very comfortable and private. One of the highlights was the amazing rooftop area, complete with a jacuzzi and a lovely seating space to relax. The partial views of the ocean and the pool made it even more special. The entire property had a beautiful, lush atmosphere that felt peaceful and inviting. It feels very private yet you are in the midst of everything ! The beach is a short walk away (depending which one you want explore 5-10 min). They do have wonderful staff who can bring you down with a golf cart ! The kitchen appeared to be very well equipped, although we did not end up using it much during our stay. The location is excellent — just a short and easy walk to Quinta Avenida, which was incredibly convenient. The area also felt very safe, and the people were lovely and welcoming. The only small downside for me was that the pool was a little too warm, but that is just a personal preference. Also there is no elevator, so you have to walk up and down 2-3 floors. They did bring our luggage up ! Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Teenage son and I visited for a few days. Great location and spacious accommodations. The staff was friendly. The only issues were the AC in shared area(living room) was not working properly and the door lock/key was a nuisance and a bit of a safety issue since the door had to be locked with the key from inside. There is not one bad thing anyone should believe about this beautiful property. Our 3rd bdrm penthouse was spacious yet cozy at the same time. Room temperatures were freezing at night which is awesome for sunburnt skin. One of our favorite places we have stayed while traveling abroad.

Tired place in need of some love! It has amazing potential! The condo itself was decent and the outside space is amazing. The lock wasn’t secure, the furniture was broken. The BBQ was broken. The fridge leaked and was rusted out. The air con blew mould and dirt. Toilets stunk like sewage. The hot tub jets didn’t work……
