"This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. The staff is amazing — so friendly and helpful, which really made our stay special. One thing that would make the experience even better is a policy about reserving beach chairs at the pool. We noticed some guests would place towels on chairs early in the morning and then leave for long periods, which made it hard for others to find seating. It would feel more fair if chairs couldn’t be held when guests aren’t actually using them. Otherwise, we had an amazing experience and will definitely return!"

"We spent a wonderful week with another couple. The royal level is amazing. They made sure our rooms were close and we had everything we could possibly need. The beach is perfect and the bar was great Sayonara Mateo and Enrique Reyes were superb. They learned our routines in a day and we never had to ask they just know what you want. The beloved restaurant was top notch. The team Hipolito Perez Mariana Sano Wendy Pena made sure every meal was inviting and the food was excellent. We had a perfect relaxing vacation."
