The property was great rooms were hot but after we got a fan it was better. Having to take a train everywhere was a bit inconvenient as there were only 2 for all of the resorts. You have to sit through a presentation for the travelers club on your first full day there. I think if they put cealing fans in the rooms the stay would have been even better. It's a nice place just needs a few things tweaked

This resort was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, the private swim up pool in our room was amazing, the staff was great (special shout outs to Mayelin, Cesar and Rashel!) The food was amazing as was all the entertainment/amentities. We went for a week for my brother-in-law's wedding and will definetly be coming back at some point in the future.

Would have preferred more vegetarian options. The room was clean very clean. However has a smell to it like wet clothes left too long. The humidity is horrible so I’m sure that had something to do with it. But my pillows were often damp and had the smell. Staff was not entirely friendly. They would roll their eyes and when I asked for ice and never brought it. They seemed bothered. Housekeeping was sweet and helpful

The rooms were clean. The food wasn’t good, the buffet food was cold if you didn’t go in early when it first opened. Since I booked through Expedia, the staff pretty much ignored me. They were no help. I was assigned a Concierge and he was very difficult to get a hold of, I had his telephone number and he would take hours to respond.

Staff were amazing and very knowledgeable with the resort so getting around was a lot easier! Rooms were cleaned to perfection. No long lines for food or buffets or at the bar! These people work quick and efficient and provide amazing service. Restaurants have great food as well. Pool areas were always fun and very clean. Night time has fun things to do as well. Highly recommend!

Loved my experience. Food was great for the most part. Some rooms are more cleaner than others. Staff quickly upgrades us to a better room. Lots of events if you like music and dancing. Pools are very clean and accessible. Amazing scenery for pictures.

We booked our vacation through Expedia, and our stay at the Grand Palladium Palace in Punta Cana was absolutely amazing, thanks in large part to our incredible concierge, Cesar! Even before we arrived, Cesar reached out to introduce himself and make sure everything was ready for our group of 10. He ensured our rooms were all together, took care of our dinner reservations, and made the planning process effortless. Throughout our stay, he checked in with us every day, stayed connected through our family WhatsApp group, and was always available whenever we needed anything. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like family. Cesar truly went above and beyond to make our vacation stress-free and unforgettable. His exceptional service exceeded all of our expectations, and we are so grateful for everything he did. If you’re staying at the Grand Palladium Palace, you’re in excellent hands with Cesar. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice location beautiful clean beach hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. All spoken English very very very nice time. I spent there with my wife and then I would definitely recommend it to other travelers because I’m planning to go back soon again.

Property was great. We loved everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Cesar, our personal concierge. Food was delicious and there were lots of options. Pools were great and the beach was fantastic.

The beach was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept clean and the food was great. Caesar our personal concierge was amazing and we wanted for nothing during our stay. A quick walk down the beach provided a massage, tiki bar and Onno's beach side bar that had amazing tacos. The spa was very relaxing and we were a short drive from the airport. Will definitely return with the family!

Please be aware not to buy the tours in the hotel, they will scam you. Also the transport provided by the hotel is a problem. Be carefull to leave the bags to the hotel staff, mine were given to another guest when leaving the hotel, I have to go to the airport to recover them. The hotel not even say sorry because they lost my bags, worse experience I have ever had in a hotel. Food is fine.

We had a great stay this past week. Caesar (concierge) handled everything i needed. He organized my dinner reservations nightly, had a car service assigned to me and my daughter while we went into Punta Cana Downtown. I was with a group of 10 people to celebrate a 60th birthday. On our last night, Caesar organized a birthday cake delivered to El Dorado Steakhouse for our reservation which the staff did a great job presenting the cake. My friend was very surprised a great full. Another shout out to William (El Tiburon). He was our pool side bartender. He was very attentive in providing us any drinks we needed. He went WAY above and beyond. He always had drinks by the pool for us before we were even empty. Great job all around. Thank you for the great experience.
