"The only problem we had was the shower not working properly. Water could not be balanced/ mixed properly in the shower or sinks. It was always boiling hot!.... Also they gave us no wash cloths for 2 days"

"Beautiful place, the aesthetics are so nice, modern and neutral colors. The rooms amazing, but be aware if you leave the balcony door open the AC shuts off, and every time you open the door it shuts off, which made the suite a bit warm at times. Everything clean, the only thing I could complain about are the pools were too warm to get in, all of them, I wish they were cool and they seemed full of oil, muggy color (the water). The beach was full of seaweed so couldn't get in, but that's nature. The food in the Buffet "El Patio" was amazing, better than the actual restaurants they had. They had shows/entertainment for you every day and night which was nice, gives you something to do. They offer exclusions right there (to buy) . Looks like we went at off peak season because it wasn't full at all, and the lounge and pool area were never full at capacity. "
