"We felt like the hours for the pool was too early they closed at 7pm. The water bottles looked recycled. The food in the restaurants were always cold. If you looking for a quiet resort this is the resort for you but it was not it for me."

"The staff who work there are very friendly. Everywhere you go, they greet you with a warm smile and try to help with anything you need. Amazing peoples. Frank, the guest assistant and the front desk, Jose Rene Vasquez Mota, their professional work is above the chart. All the restaurant workers are amazing people. The whole family wants to go back next summer"

"The service was excellent. Alex, Melvin and Wilson provided us with excellent service by the pool. In general everyone was helpful and friendly. Had not trouble checking in before withno extra cost. Beach is beautiful and easy to get a chair by it. Definetly coming back to this hotel. Buffet food was soo good! Not the same in the restaurants but still good."

"The food at this resort was amazing. The only restaurant that did not hit for us was the Mediterranean. The alcohol all over the resort is very very very weak and I am not a big drinker. Llyeris and Maria, whom led the bike tour, were full of energy and informative. Felix helped us to and from our room. Each time with a smile on his face and willingness to help. Frandy was a great concierge and provided us with assistance whenever necessary. My hair got messed up during the trip so I went over to Spa on the Caribe/Family side. Although the spa was great, the carts there only cater to the level staff. I waited close to 30 mins to be picked up while being passed multiple times. The staff over at the Level, was not very friendly. I asked for directions when I first arrived and they stared at me and one even ignored me. However, most of the staff on the resort were very pleasant. Dinner on the beach was very mid. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re wanting just the experience. However, there are mosquitoes and not much of a view. The buffet or the Vietnamese restaurant are at the top of the list for me. The rooms are a little run down in my opinion but the experience as a whole makes it satisfactory"

"Some staff members in the preferred dining area were very rude and not polite. Looked miserable to be there. restroom should be updated, weren't as clean and sucked that I didn't have a light up mirror. everything in our room was outdated."

"I stayed in the Reserve section for two nights. Although the amount I was ultimately charged did not match the amount I was told at check-in, I still think the upgrade was worth it. Since it was my first visit and I do not speak Spanish, having conceirge available to guide me through daily activities and programs was very helpful. Most staff members were kind and helpful. The adult-only pool was clean, relaxing, and not crowded. I also visited the family pool, which was larger and also looked very nice. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated the calmer atmosphere. The food was good and there were plenty of options. As a vegetarian with mushroom and eggplant allergies, I still had enough variety. I enjoyed breakfast and lunch at Santé and dinner at Blue Agave. Blue Agave had a lovely atmosphere, but the service there was disappointing. My plates were cleared twice while I was still eating, simply because I was typing on my phone. I asked about dessert options and was told churros & vanilla ice cream fritters. I asked for vanilla ice cream with churros, and after about 5 min I was told they only had chocolate ice cream. I had been there only around 40 minutes, the restaurant was nearly empty, and I felt rushed and unwelcome when I had hoped to enjoy my last evening. My reservation included spa credit, but I was booked at Zel, so I couldnt use it. My personal concierge was great and arranged a jacuzzi bath both nights. I also enjoyed yoga, zumba, and bachata on the beach."

"This one is going to be a mixed bag of a review. The Good: Room was nice and clean, housekeeping kept everything nice and restocked our fridge. Francis took us anywhere we wanted to go on resort even set his own alarm to meet us on departure and help with bags. Luis, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding with the check in survey that was at Expedia not at you sir. Thank you for surprising my wife and I with the room being decorated while we were out and the dinner by the beach. Luis was on it and deserves all the love and awards at that place. Thank you Julio for your help as well. Bad:Travel club being rude and liars, parts of resort closed off to different tiers. Food wasnt good, drinks watered down. Adult pool taken away from everyone, was looking forward to that. we decided on day 5 we won’t be back due to how the travel club just doesn’t take no for an answer. 90 minutes turned into 3 hours apparently “can’t afford that” doesn’t click. Also beforehand we were told even if we don’t want it “we’ll still be friends”” that’s a lie cause afterwards I had to force them to shake my hands and they had attitudes. I don’t like how the future looks with this subscription service that the resort is going with. Thank you everyone who helped and were nice but all of the bad outweighed the good. Get rid of travel club they’re bad for your business. "
