My mother and I had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the pools and beach areas were relaxing and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the variety of food options and the overall atmosphere of the resort. Our room was comfortable and kept clean during our stay. Overall, not a bad stay at TRS. The food wasn’t very exciting, the rooms felt outdated, and there weren’t many activities throughout the day. The one thing that truly stood out was the butler service. Ray was absolutely amazing — attentive, professional, and genuinely made the experience better. It’s a beautiful resort! Very nice and quiet. Our butler Rodny took care of us the entire time and he made sure all of our lunch and dinner reservations were made. This is our second time here. We had a great time, weather was great as well as all the restaurants. Our butler Randy is the best. Keeps you updated on everything going on and checks in frequently to make sure everything is ok
