"Everything other than room service and breakfast was fine. Room service ignored my request 3 times. I requested a birthday balloon setup for my room to celebrate my bday, they ignored that. And the breakfast is just a bunch of pork. I am a Muslim woman. There were no meat selections for persons who doesn’t eat pork. You don’t get to experience all the restaurants because they all open at the same time and close at the same time. Also, my medication was taken out of my room while they cleaned. "

"There were activities for all ages. There is way too much walking to get from one spot to another. I think it's unnecessarily spaced out. They do have a shuttle, but waiting for that every time you want to eat, go to your room, or pool can be time-consuming or annoying. etc. The property Jacuzzi wasn't heated, and the water had foamy yellow crap floating in it. The pool was dirty as well, with green algae or something in it. Our concierge kind of finessed us of some time because he signed us up for a presentation in order to get commission on bringing customers to a time share selling pitch in the resort which required us to have lunch and spend hours upon hours being explained in detail about a time share that they wouldn't tell us the price to until about 3 hours in eventhough we asked numerous times. So we wasted some vacation time on that. The 24-hour bar is cool, and the staff and bartenders are the BEST staff I've ever experienced at a resort so far. BUT THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD THERE!!!! It is unapologetically bad, to the point where we knew to watch people's reactions when they came in, ordered, and took a first bite of their food. The toilets in the rooms are not in a full bathroom; The room is set up like a studio with two stalls, one stall being the toilet, and the other being a shower. The toilet stall is so small that you cannot close the door while you're on the toilet doing your business. So you MUST be comfy with whoever you come with."

"The atmosphere at the main rim up bar is chaotic with a lot of extremely loud music , drunk people , and stupid entertainment from guest , which escalates into loud music and speech disturbing the entire area with the two main pools, so that regular and non alcoholic people have no peace and rest at the pool . A similar situation occurs in the evenings at the La Fiesta area , where the music is extremely loud , irritating people’s ears more than it is enjoyable. Room maintenance is problematic because there are constantly not enough towels, paper tissues, and they don’t even change the bed linen unless you ask and persistently ask the reception staff.A lot of flies were noticed around the main hotel entrance and promenade as well as in the buffet restaurant where food is displayed and the surrounding dinning area."
