"To begin with, the most unfortunate experience was the water in the apartment, it was salty water with a very bad smell, the property needs a lot of improvements, rust everywhere in the bathrooms, utility room, kitchen area, etc, not well maintained at all.

"Beautiful place, the aesthetics are so nice, modern and neutral colors. The rooms amazing, but be aware if you leave the balcony door open the AC shuts off, and every time you open the door it shuts off, which made the suite a bit warm at times. Everything clean, the only thing I could complain about are the pools were too warm to get in, all of them, I wish they were cool and they seemed full of oil, muggy color (the water). The beach was full of seaweed so couldn't get in, but that's nature. The food in the Buffet "El Patio" was amazing, better than the actual restaurants they had. They had shows/entertainment for you every day and night which was nice, gives you something to do. They offer exclusions right there (to buy) . Looks like we went at off peak season because it wasn't full at all, and the lounge and pool area were never full at capacity. "
"Mi primera ves en un resort de este tipo, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, viajamos con una niña de 3 años y el personal del resort estaba muy atento en acomodarnos en todo lo posible, la variedad de la comida en el buffet muy buena, gracias a Geisha,Maximo y Joan muy agradecidos por la atencion,los restaurantes a la carte excellente la comida, nos gusto el entretenimiento por las noches y la pasamos muy bien, en el camino a casa ya planeavamos nuestro proximo viaje de regreso, por ultimo una critica construtiva, los bartenders deberian ser un poco mas friendly.
