"The staffs are awesome! especially the guy from breakfast on the 3rd floor who took care of everyone and made sure our needs were catered. Also, thanks to Mao from the lounge access and Alan from the Gallery Bar. the cleaners who cleaned our rooms did a great job as well.The food was great from breakfast to the lounge happy hour. We will definetly come back as soon as we can. Kudos to everyone there. "

"Breakfast was quite tasty. That was the best part. Room was meh. AC not strong enough, felt humid and muggy entire stay, had to ask maintenance to check AC filters. Room was booked for 2, and only one set of everything was provided and then on checkout, they had audacity to say there’s a missing robe. Like seriously? Toiletries were small and again, one tiny bottle of each provided. Had to purchase on own. Showers were terrible. Every ten seconds, the water temperature would change from super cold to super hot without touching the controls. It’s one thing to need time for shower to get warm/hot but the constant extremes in temperature is terrible. Amongst worst hotel stay ever. "

"I always stay here as whenever I come home from overseas as it’s affordable but the service is top notch! My only gripe is there are so few channels available on cable tv. Hopefully they’d upgrade it and change to smart tv’s. "
