All staff from security at the door up to executive lounge breakfast room were courteous and friendly. Just need exterminator for baby ants, bugs & small cockroach! Also internet is very slow ! Otherwise had a great stay 👍👏

Location is great. It’s close to malls which makes it convenient. People are helpful and friendly. We had internet issue on our 2nd week of stay but they were quick to respond. They have buffet breakfast as well with great options.

Disappointing Stay!

Not the Malayan Plaza I knew. What has happened? Our room was old and run-down. Toilet shower partition was falling apart, our kitchen area was thick with grime. Owner and management should seriously consider to making this place the way it was. Very disappointed. :(
