Everyone was very nice and accommodating throughout our stay. We did have a couple of issues with our room—the A/C wasn’t working properly and the shower didn’t drain—but the staff responded quickly and moved us to another room right away. Overall, great service, and I would definitely stay here again

Excellent spa

Nice hotel in Ortigas, a short walk from Robinson Galleria and Podium malls with plenty of dining / supermarket options. Good aircon, kitchenette, excellent aromatherapy massages in a spa that is open late, good breakfast, and a very large bottle of drinking water is provided, which is particularly helpful.

Room we stayed at was a two bedroom. Good size. Standard was ok. Aircon in main bedroom was very noisy. Tv didn’t work and person from the team came up but was unable to fix. With two kids it is something to give the adults a break. Breakfast was really good. Is far from airport and there is nothing around except a Robinson Mall in walking distance. For price it was ok. Enquired saying there on our return but was referred to website. Stayed somewhere else for cheaper and nicer.

Great stay. Excellent service quality from the staff. Walking distance to Robinson Mall that has a lot of shopping and dining options. The only thing I’d have changed is a heated pool as it was freezing cold. Also provide in-hotel eating options. Breakfast is ok so-so.
