Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Free pool, free coffee, nc looking view. The only thing they need to improve this is a better TV and heater but this is a really good place
The whole place is “tired” but the prices reflect that I guess. You get what you pay for in this case, I discribe it as ok, it was situated well for my needs. And good for just a few days before heading to my final destination

I cannot think of a single good thing to say. No hot water, ironing boards and irons that don’t work, no noise insulation from the traffic so you can’t sleep. They say there is a bar and restaurant, the are always closed. Breakfast is the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel.
Unless you are on a shoestring budget and expect a youth hostel experience - stay away !
The hotel is not kept well. Stairway leading to parking and lobby was quite dirty and sad. The room was dark and no loghts at the shower area. Outdated TV and it was lopsided. There is a need to purchase new linens.
First of all, I didn't like the fact that the price of the rooms and the price of the breakfast were increased with no noticeable changes from my first visit in 2024. I didn’t like it when I would sometimes receive bloodstained towels and sheets. I didn't like the fact that I had to be moved to another room after I had arrived because the first room had a very loose toilet seat, the sink faucet was not secured and the shower sprayed water on the ceiling. The second and third rooms they moved me to had the same issues. The fourth room seemed okay, but there was always a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drain and there were cockroaches of various sizes that were seen in the bathroom area. I reported these issues but received no relief or compensation for my awful experiences. I will never stay at that hotel again, and will not recommend it to anybody.
Place is clean, staff is professional. Sometimes conflicting answers. Was initially told guests were allowed, but when tried to bring my wifes family, was told 500 pesos per head for them to swim.
No bar, water pressure was ok, and they did have broad rain style heads, but “hot” water was barely above room temp. 2 elevators serving 22 story building can be slow, especially during service hours. There is a restaurant on floor 6, seemed a little pricey compared to nearby restaurants in malls. Did not eat there, so can’t speak to quality.
In house laundry service is available, but not daily, and is pricey at 100P per article.
Lava Bien laundry is in 5 mins walking distance, can do overnight service, and is quite economical.
All in all, a reasonable and economical hotel within 20-30 minutes of Pasig.
Average, the rooms are tiny which is ok but it smells musty. Could have better towels as they were old and discolored. Only 2 elevators for more than 20 floors.
