It is an old property, the room we stayed in was dusty and smelled like moist carpet. I have no chance to move to another room. But the staff was friendly. It is a covenient location for places to shop.

The location is good and the facilities are okay. They have a nice fitness center with top notch equipment and breakfast at the restaurant is delicious. Service, as expected, is typical -- very friendly and helpful staff. I think, for me, what I didn't like about the hotel is that it is old and desperately needs an upgrade. It is full of wood paneling and bedside A/V controls from the 80s. The lighting in my room was so poor it made it look dark and gloomy. Probably the one thing that bothered me the most was the smell. They're a non-smoking facility, but the air system seems like it's been used during the many years when there was smoking allowed. It is what I smell in my room and every time I walk into the lobby on the ground floor when coming from outside. I wonder how the staff at the front desk can tolerate it. It's nauseating and not welcoming. Seems trivial perhaps, but those are the main reasons why I'm not inclined to return. The Crowne Plaza connected to it is a little bit better, but it also has the same out-dated, dinginess.

My family loved staying there all the time but these staffs always tell them that I always didnt pay for breakfast buffet. I added more for that but they still cant see that. Its been annoying already
