"We stayed in one of the Club Rooms, which facilitated access to the club level with its own pool. It was very well maintained and the access to the club room for soft drinks during the day was also very handy. The evening cocktail hours were also very welcome and provided a very pleasant way to start the evening. Many seemed to feel it was sufficient for their evening meal, but we found a few snacks and drinks a great way to start our evening explorations. Staff were great and breakfast in the clubroom was adequate."

"The room was great facing the way of the pool, green and can see the city. There was some weird smell coming from the fridge and there were some marks above the bathroom tub which I reported but never got sorted. Other than that room was a great size and everything I needed. Staff were helpful when I needed help around the hotel and were quick with getting drinks. The infinity pool was great to swim and relax in even though there were lots of children (it’s half term/school holidays so it was expected). The hotel is perfectly located in Chinatown so it was easy to walk to many locations and attractions, also was connected great with subway and roads. Lastly the breakfast selection was amazing and had different kiosks. There was not enough staff for the amount of tables and would be good if they also had a set menu you could choose from."

"The hotel wan clean and the staff were amazing. The adventure pool was under maintenance when we visited which was a shame but there were other pools specially for kids. We found that the hotel was situated central to everything and most places are easily accessible."
