Decent location. Checkin was complicated. They couldn't find our names. Finally they found it. Then we had to do a computer check in which was not working properlyWe were all on different floors. We had 7 rooms on different floors. Bathroom had no AC. The room was humid. I don't think there was hot water in the shower the whole time we were there. The hallway carpet needed to be replaced. It smelled old.

The hotel was a little outdated but located near everything. Chinatown is just downstairs. Boat Quay is 10min walk away. The restaurant "Tiffany" at the hotel had good food. We meet an awesome waitress name Agnes there. She was funny and put a smile on our faces. Actually all the staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back again.

This hotel was well situated for transport (MRT, buses, taxis, and hop on hop off tour buses). It is across the road from a good shopping mall with a food hall and is an easy walk to lots of good tourist areas. There were a number of disappointing aspects however, the decor is very worn, the carpets are lifting and a bit mouldy, the place smells of mildew. The hotel advised us by email after we had booked and paid that our rooms would only be cleaned every three days unless we requested extra service, it was unclear whether we would need to pay for that extra service however. Our room was serviced once during our 5 day stay. There was no bottled water provided in our rooms, this was available from the pay machines in the lobby. Tea and coffee sachets were provided but no milk or water to make it with. The swimming pool was good and open until late at night, having pool towels available was a bit hit and miss. Our door swipe cards repeatedly failed in the elevators and in our bedroom doors and we noticed many other guests experiencing the same issues, this needs to be fixed and appears to be an aging problem with the hotel. The shower in our bathroom had no hot water and by this stage we were over raising issues with the hotel so we just used the shower in our daughters adjoining room for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was great, plentiful and varied and well worth paying for. Overall the location was great but there are better hotels, we wont stay here again

Very friendly staff upon arrival ( MR Ralph Ng). We arrived two hours earlier before check in opened, but got checked immediately in with room changed to floor 19 with a great view. Lot of local food options in a food hall beside the hotel and in another one on the other side of the street. Metro station below the hotel, quiet and convenient.

Check in and check out we’re very quick and easy. Hotel room had a good view of the Singapore Flyer & Boat Quay. Whilst the hotel is slightly dated in terms of decor, it was very clean, comfortable and the room was a good size. We didn’t use the pool or any other facilities, except the lobby vending machine which had pot noodles. Good location, 5min walk to Clarke Quay. Being able to leave our luggage after check out was great!

It's close to Chinatown and easy to walk there to shop and eat. Great concierge service, luggage stored safely after checkout and transport to airport or around town sorted out quickly. Room was large with a great view around the area. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremely poor is one polite way of describing this hotel and I wouldn’t even give it a 1 Star rating. The age of the room fittings, old dirty carpet, stained bed, electrical power socket hanging off the wall, cracked tiles in the bathroom and much more bring me to the conclusion it should close immediately and do an extensive deep clean and refurbishment as you don’t represent Singapore’s high standards and values
