Close to Chinatown MRT, good sized rooms, club room staff were very good I thought that room clean every three days was a bit too long, AC in first room was not coping with heat we complained but nothing was done for two days, eventually they swapped rooms for us.

First the hotel looks old, then there were few things about the room not good. The AC was letting humid air so the bed felt a bit wet. The TV was not working and in the shower we could not regulate the water temperature, either you were bathing in cold water or hot. The price is a bit higher for these conditions; to be honest I did not complain about it the night I stayed there because we left the room to walk around Singapore and we returned late. We need to increase the maintenance expenses.

Very frustrating stay. Booked a family suite and when we arrived they gave us the wrong room. Once we finally sorted the right room they then couldn't find us a baby cot. Took hours for one to be supplied despite booking one online. The hallways smelt musty and like they had been wet, the carpet was really gross. The pool was okay, but difficult to access through a hallway and flight of stairs. Drinking water must be accessed down the hallway and refilled. We booked the family suite in order to cook in the kitchenette for our son. We had no supplies to do so. I had to go and even request bowls for cereal! There was no utensils or pots either. It was very frustrating. Despite the suite having a seperate living area to bedroom, the bedroom had no door? So you couldn't close the door. Finally the TV didn't work and the sink we couldn't use the plug, we had to call for a service man three times before these issues were fixed. Very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel to other families.
