A wonderful hotel located close to the city's sites of action. The room I stayed was clean and spacious. The front desk was attentive and their service was thorough. If you go for the breakfast option, you will be treated with a variety of Asian and Western options. The price is not necessarily cheap, but overall highly recommended.

Easy check-in and check out. Beautiful large room. Had everything you needed. Beautiful bathroom. Next to the MTR so transport was very easy, very cheap to use. Great location on Clarke Quay and great location to get to Marina Bay. Had a balcony but this over looked the road so was not really used. Nice swimming pool, a few loungers and tables to sit at. Overall loved our stay at this hotel.

The property was in pretty good spot for dinning, trains, Chinatown . If you weren’t in restaurant for breakfast between 8-8.30 you had to get in a large waiting line. Pool seating area limited. You are hounded to get drinks if you sat near bar area, you were told to move if you didn’t buy. But there was no where else to sit. Thought that was rude and unexceptable

I would say this hotel is more like a holiday Inn after travelled from the UK and exhausted. You’re waiting in a queue because there is only one reception on duty, when I did finally get to the front of the queue. I was completely ignored for several minutes while he shuffled his papers, I was not even acknowledged. . There was nothing personal about this hotel the first three days we were not even greeted at the breakfast. We were all shoved in like sardines. There was no outdoor seating area. Food was below standard no choice of coffee except from a metal tin container that you poured yourself in some nasty mugs. . The pool area was completely rundown and did not have anybody at the bar as advertised the place looked closed down. There was only one main bar area to sit which had tall tables and chairs which suggested it was more like a business hotel It was so bad we actually left the hotel for seven whole days at no time. Did we get an email or a message from the hotel concerned that we had not slept in our rooms for a week or being at the breakfast . On our return, we left the following day, an da early than previously two weeks we booked and at no time did the manager ask why we were leaving early or if we had enjoyed our stay.

Quite disappointed with the empty fridge and blocked view of quay river , given the price of the room. Don’t even have bottled water in the room . Also the buffet breakfast and happy hour etc at the executive lounge is nowhere comparable to other similar league hotels I’ve been to, such as Capitol Kempinski, Hilton, Grand Hyatt and Pan Pacific.
