Because I used expedia, my IHG points were not allowed. Same thing happened with Singapore Airlines. Won't be using expedia for hotel or flight reservations because of that.
Great for a long transit to get a good sleep. Nice and quiet and comfortable.
Room is small with just enough to turn around. Staff answered questions in not a very welcoming way. We had breakfast included, but the choices are very limited. The staff at the breakfast were even worse. When I asked if I could have the soup, she sounded almost angry telling me the soup wouldn't ...
So convenient and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
Simple, quiet area for quick sleep before next flight
It’s a lounge but has nap facilities which are paid for separately
Convenient of location and flexible and considerate staff.
Access to food and shopping and within walking distance of arrivals

When you need the utmost convenience while in Singapore, booking a room at a hotel close to the airport is the best bet. You are able to grab your gear from baggage claim and check into your room before your fellow passengers even leave the airport. Plus, you don't have to worry about paying for a taxi, or trying to follow directions in a place you aren't familiar with. Making your way through Singaporecould be intimidating for someone new to the area. Reserving a stay at a Singapore airport hotel washes all the troubles away, whether you are making Singapore one leg of your yearly vacation like the hundreds of travelers who visited over the past year, brought the whole family along, or are in town for business.
