Fantastic hotel for a one night stopover - clean, great pool, very friendly staff & rooms very comfortable
Not very impressed with choice at breakfast, other than apple or orange there was no yogurt or fruit
I had a 7 hour transit in Singapore and decided to stay here for the first time. What a great idea!! I can highly recommend it. The room was clean and tidy. Thank you to the lovely staff on the front desk, Vivian was a great help.
Location was in walking distance to the Ferry Port to the small island across the bay. Also walking distance to open market type restaurants at the harbor. It appeared to be a popular hotel with military travelers on vacation.
Good, clean and comfortable but needs a better breakfast
Very convenient. Though no attached bathroom, it was great
Thank you for a restful and pleasant stay made even more so having an engaging conversation with a front of house staff member
This was my 3rd stay at the Haven and it continues to meet my needs for a short stay waiting on flight transfers at a reasonable cost (although it keeps rising). Bathroom facilities are excellent and well maintained. The “nap rooms” are still adequate but I’m starting to see more wear and tear over ...
Very Nice hôtel. Nice room. And. Bed close to Airport lot of restaurant and. Shop. Close
When you need the utmost convenience while in Singapore, booking a room at a hotel close to the airport is the best bet. You are able to grab your gear from baggage claim and check into your room before your fellow passengers even leave the airport. Plus, you don't have to worry about paying for a taxi, or trying to follow directions in a place you aren't familiar with. Making your way through Singaporecould be intimidating for someone new to the area. Reserving a stay at a Singapore airport hotel washes all the troubles away, whether you are making Singapore one leg of your yearly vacation like the hundreds of travelers who visited over the past year, brought the whole family along, or are in town for business.
