"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay – truly memorable We stayed for a week at the Pan Pacific Singapore over the New Year period in a Premium Club Room, with access to the Club Lounge on the 38th floor, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. This stay coincided with my 60th birthday, and the hotel and its staff made it truly special. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The Club Lounge was a real highlight — stunning views, a calm and luxurious atmosphere, excellent food and drinks throughout the day, and outstanding service. It was the perfect place to relax, especially during the busy New Year period. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, very comfortable and well appointed, with everything you’d expect from a top-class hotel. Despite how busy Singapore was at New Year, the hotel felt organised, calm and effortlessly well run. What really sets the Pan Pacific apart, however, is its staff. Their kindness, attention to detail and pride in what they do made our stay memorable rather than just comfortable. We had an amazing week and left with wonderful memories. I would not hesitate to recommend the Pan Pacific Singapore and will absolutely return in the future."

The rooftop pool was a highlight for my son, where we also were able to enjoy the NYE fireworks! The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've enjoyed and worth it. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.
