"좋았던 점 화장실, 샤워실이 1층, 2층에 각각 2개씩 위치해 있어, 여러명이 사용하기 편하였음. 내부에 세탁기가 있는데, 건조 기능까지 포함되어 있어 유용하였음. 1층에 에어컨 1대, 2층 침실에 에어컨이 2대 설치되어 있어 더운 여름에도 정말 시원하였음. 불편한 점 앞의 좁은 골목과 방음이 잘 되지 않음. 수건 리필과 청소 등의 서비스는 제공되지 않음. 주변 시설 닛포리역에서 도보로 20분. 우구이스다니역에서 도보로 10분 정도로 대중교통 타기에 정말 편한 위치였음. 바로 앞에 편의점과 라이프 슈퍼마켓이 있어 장보기에도 편리함. 기타 입실일 몇일 전에 메일을 통하여 체크인 링크가 전달 되었으며, 모든 절차가 무인으로 진행 되었음. 체크인을 완료하면 도어락 비밀번호를 알려줌. 방 안에서 문을 여는 버튼이 문 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으니 주의 필요."
