"We had an amazing stay at the Royalton Hideaway! Having a concierge in each building was fantastic and made everything so convenient. One tip: if you want a bathtub, be sure to call and confirm after booking. The reservation photos showed a beautiful deep soaker tub, but our room didn’t have one. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food was remarkable. The drinks were great too, and we loved that they were served in an actual reusable plastic glass rather than just a clear disposable cup. The staff were wonderful—friendly, happy, and genuinely interacted with the guests. Tips are included, but we did give a little extra to a few who went above and beyond (hopefully we were allowed to, lol!). We were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and despite this being a short, last-minute four-day trip, they made us feel like royalty! ❤️ Four days was perfect for us. We enjoy getting off the resort, walking around, and exploring the town, so keep in mind the resort is quite a distance from town unless you take a taxi. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely keep Royalton in mind for future trips!"

"The resort was very well kept and clean. Our room was only a few steps away from the back pool. It was great to ha e air conditioning. The room was clean. The only thing I can say that could have been better was the water temperature of the shower. It was tepid. Never had warm water the whole time. There was a decent variety of food. We found the meals and desserts good. The wait staff was amazing. Very friendly and easy to get along with. Some even joked with us. Ricardo Rivera was a big help when we needed to register for the ala carte meals and anytime we had other questions. We didn't use the tennis court or basketball court but they were always in use. We used the spa. It was good. The only improvement for the spa would be to have a wider selection of nail polish colors. There is giant chess and nightly entertainment. Plenty of beach chairs on the beach. The sea was amazing and warm. Out of 11 days, we only had one that the sargassum was on the beach. The pools were very clean and water was amazing. I personally would go back again."
