"Nice, new and modern hotel. About a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue. The area was quieter and less touristy, but still right in Centro and walking distance to many areas. There were some nice local restaurants close to the hotel. We always felt safe walking in the area day or night. All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast restaurant) were always friendly and helpful! A la carte breakfast was tasty and filling. Nearby everything (shops, 7/11, food), and close enough to the beach/fifth avenue without being too loud. Staff were kind and rooms were cleaned daily. We booked the shuttle to the airport through them as well. Would definitely reccomend "

"The hotel is dated, the shower was rusted, the desk was chipped. But it has a great location if you do not have a car; you can walk to the mall, the 5th Ave, restaurants, and grocery store. The breakfast is very good, and the staff was always very nice."
