We were declined another room when there was a large spider residing in the pillowcase. My visitors didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that room. Although it has rustic charm, there are fairly large gaps and a hole in the front door, allowing critters to come in. After back-and-forth conversation with Hotel management, they would only give us a different room if we paid more...

"The property is well located for access to 5th avenue and the beach. The suites are well appointed and feel luxurious, which is what I anticipated for a more upmarket stay. The rooftop was amazing with full horizon views of the sea and the city..Again a more upmarket environment. Tastefully laid out around a spa,a restaurant and the most incredible infinity pool."

"We only stayed a couple of nights but loved staying here. Very clean, friendly staff, close to 5th avenue and the beach, and the AC was awesome after a hot summer day outdoors. We will definitely be back - special shoutout to Beto the manager - he went above and beyond for us. "

"Really nice hotel close to everything yet feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle thanks to the tropical courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Some loud music from the hostel nearby but this finished by midnight so didn’t affect our stay. Would stay here again!"
