Excellent value for money hotel with great staff! Location is really convenient and there are some nice restaurants in the area. Staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel looks very pretty as well with the Frida mural infront of the pool. Pool was very clean and open until very late

Clean and spacious room. The hotel is small but beautiful! The hotel has a mexican touch regarding decoration. Easy to move around downtown/5th avenue. Definitely coming back to this hotel! Being honest, a little bit of noise from bars around the area but not that loud. You get what you see on photos!

This is a wonderful property! The location is perfect: close to both ADO stations, very walkable to many restaurants, the beach and the main square. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and TRUSTWORTHY!!! You have a very honest and welcoming staff. The pool is perfect, the rooms were very clean and the grounds were beautiful! We will definitely be back! Lovely quiet courtyard away from the loudness of Playa but still close to the beach and 5th. Friendly staff, free water refills and nice pool. Loved the decor.

We loved this property! The architecture is beautiful, the colors amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable, great linens and towels, plenty of hot water, even a bidet! It’s certainly the most quiet hotel in downtown Playa, just a few blocks from the beach. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Staff is kind and responsive. Love the authentic Mexican decor.

A lovely colorful hotel with great amenities, pool and amidst a lush jungle. I enjoyed my stay at Casa de las Flores very much. I had a spacious room, that was cleaned every day. The staff at the reception was friendly and very helpful. I also enjoyed interacting with the cute hotel cat. The proximity to the main street, city center and the beach make it the ideal stay in Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly come back again.
