Very nice rooms with kitchens that are meticulously cleaned every day without having to ask, the best breakfast buffet of any hotel in this class that I’ve stayed in and free airport shuttle all at a very competitive price. Downside is it is located a taxi ride away from beaches and shopping if those are of interest.

I stayed here for four nights with a group of friends. The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations for nearby restaurants and night life. Our room was incredibly nice, with a kitchenette, full fridge, and balcony. It was more than enough space for the four of us. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, and the pool was nice, though there are no pool towels provided that we could find. The hotel itself is a little far from most things. There is a nearby shopping center but crossing the street (about six lanes of high-speed traffic with no crosswalk) was tricky. We had to use InDrive (Uber and Lyft are not available in Playa Del Carmen) to get to the downtown part of Playa, which was cheap and convenient, and the downtown area is just a short drive away. We didn't mind, and enjoyed that the hotel was a little ways away from the action so we could always come back to a peaceful room.

Amazing stay, beautiful rooftop pool , perfect and safe car parking. Front desk staff super helpful and Very polite. Chose this hotel because of its easy access by car. 10 minutes drive from Playa Fundadores, where the main action is. Perfect Hotel if you rent a car and explore By yourself the Mayan region. The Rooms are big and beautiful, we had a beautiful view on the golf course.
