The hotel is practically on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. It’s walkable, there’s always food and something to do nearby. It’s not quiet but that’s expected! & we were totally fine with that. The rooms were very clean and it had AC although we didn’t really need it. Would def stay here again.

We arrived late, around 10 PM. Check in was easy and the room was clean. The room was warm, as the A/C was off when we arrived and it took a couple of hours for the room to cool off. But overall it was good for the price.

Hotel has direct view to the ocean. Very good location. No parking but parking is organized, they have parking possibility in one parking house near to the hotel.

Perfect location

Had all the simple basic necessities. Bed is very hard, it felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring rather than a mattress. On our last night and day of departure we had no hot water for a basic shower. Otherwise it is very clean and the location is perfect!

Private beach beside you in the morning!

Loved this hotel it was literally right beside the beach and less then a minute walk to Quintano 5th avenue . The service was very good - AC was great - extremely clean - staff was excellent - I went for a swim at 8am and the beach was to myself - from my balcony at the hotel i was able to see and hear the sounds of the waves

Excellent overall value for the money. Rooms are nicer than you would expect, for the money. Stayed here several times. But pool water was a bit murky most recent visit. Very nice location right next to: the Central Park with many live cultural activities, the ferry. No parking! Several block walk to paid parking which is risky. They are very strict.

We've been staying at Casa Melissa every year for about 5 years. Love it! VERY clean! Great staff. So close to the Cozumel Ferry station, bus station, and taxis, and a great walk on Quinta Avenida. Highly recommend!

Easy access to and from the ADO bus depot. It is next to the Cozumel ferry terminal. The Main Street shop and venders are no stop for km’s.

Okay hotel

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was very friendly. The room though did not have hot showers, the door to the patio was broken, the beds were super firm to the point they weren't comfortable. The locaiton of the hotel was in the middle of everything, which was great, but bad in that the noise level was so insane, it was super hard to enjoy yourself. If you're a party animal then this place is probably good.

I was very happy with my stay at Casa Melissa Hotel. I booked my stay without any expectations and I was satisfied at the end. It's literally close to everything. Right when you step out, everything is in front of you and all around. The ADO bus station is around the corner as well restaurants, pharmacy, 7/11, bank, Cozumel ferry. Like everything! The hotel itself is basic bu ct we got A/C, oceanview, hot water,leanliness
