This hotel had the best customer service of any we have stayed. The free walking tour (nice job Anna!) was very well done, moving at a perfect pace with a knowledgeable leader. The rooms were immaculate and the ambient lighting and music in the shower was a nice touch. The location is great and we would highly recommend. Every single touch point showed thought, and we were taken care of at each turn. Don’t miss the ruins in the basement and fun snacks in the lobby!"
