Good location. The room is clean and spacious with very good sound proof, very comfortable mattress and big bed for two. Breakfast is ok, staff are very polite and friendly. The only thing to bear in mind is that you may need to wait for sometime to have the room if you arrive at the hotel before 3pm. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was beautiful and clean but what stood out to me was the staff - very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Johanna right at check-in at the registration desk, gave us lots of useful information, recommendations based on our plans, and even helped making some reservations for us. The location is great that one can walk to the old town and attractions, tons of restaurant choices nearby and close to water. I would love to stay there again if we visit Lisbon again. Best, Anis

We had a great time at Aurea Museum Hotel. All of the staff was wonderful. Carolina went out of her way to help us and work with us. Location was great, next to a lot of restaurants in Alfama. Definitely a great place to stay.

The museum inside the hotel included some really interesting and unique finds. The staff and service were amazing and our room was wonderful. The free tour of the museum was great, and the tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
