"This hotel is wonderful and we had a great stay. It’s in a fantastic position right in the heart of Lisbon. The room was gorgeous and very comfy and the staff were so friendly and nice. The barman had great chats with my fiancé about American football! Nothing was too much trouble, even our 4am check out time as we had an early flight! And they arranged a surprise cake and champagne for my birthday! The breakfast buffet was lovely but there are loads of brunch restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. It was our first visit to Lisbon and it was magic. "

"Staffs are very helpful and accommodating,they surprised us by giving my husband a cake on his Birthday.Plus all the restaurants on my lists are walkable except for the Ramiro."

"We really enjoyed our stay. As other reviews have noted, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Carlota! The rooms can be small but are cleverly, comfortably (great beds!) and attractively designed and offer every amenity you could need. Close to the Metro and to Parque Eduardo VII, which has an amazing sunset view of Lisbon. Will definitely return!"
