Like - proximity to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Dislike - that bathrooms aren’t separate from the bedroom. They are separated by a curtain. We stayed at this hotel because of the corona virus terror. We were there for an afternoon and evening. In that time we were deeply apprecictive of the kindness and helpful of the entire staff. Thank you to everyone who served us.

The location was perfect everything was perfect but I didn't like the breakfast it was cold and always the same thing

We enjoyed the ease of registration after a long flight. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well appointed.

We found absolutely no fault with the property or the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and the restaurant food was excellent. Would certainly stay with Novotel again.

We had a very interesting overnight stay due to COVID 19. The staff was very accommodating even under the extreme stress of dealing with patrons and the virus concerns. The facilities were great. I would stay there again.
