Clean room, friendly and courteous staff and location! From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was a great choice. It has been beautifully renovated and met our every need. There are lots of restaurants nearby, including a fabulous bakery just doors away. The restaurant in front of the hotel is a destination in itself! Even the locals love it!

What an excellent property, so well located next to the train station and metro. I was worried that the room s may be noisy from the square, but that is not the case. the windows are thick and so well insulated. A Great hotel!

The clean and quiet room, very helpful staff (letting us check in early, I believe) and wonderful location impressed us. The free walking tour was excellent and a wonderful surprise (including the delicious Pasteis de Nata from Manteigaria and wine at the end of the tour at your sister hotel! Customer service was genuinely great. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the location is central and accessible by walk, public transit or ride share. Great cafes and restaurants near by. Bed linens were so comfortable, we had great rest. I would return when in Lisbon again.
