I emailed the hotel, and they responded quickly, confirming they had found them. A few days later, I was able to pick them up with no trouble at all. "Front desk staff are super helpful and helped us with so many things such as transit tickets, tour, train and taxi arrangements. They always have answers to our questions, especially Clayton who helped us with a taxi as we were almost late for our train, and Lonilzo too and a lady (sorry forgot to ask for her name) who drew a touring map for us for our first day touring Alfama. Food is good quality. Highly recommend."
