"This hotel is in a prime location but the thing that stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond each and every day! We felt such appreciation by them all. They helped us with everything (from lost luggage to recommendations).
We will return again!"
"Great location close to all major sightseeing spots. Easy access to public transportation, including the tram to Belém. The hotel is near a metro station and within walking distance of two main train stations. Excellent hospitality and very clean rooms.
The hotel is a bit pricey, but the location and service help justify the cost. We booked two rooms—one for my spouse and me, and another for our kids. The kids’ room faced Rua Augusta and was loud, with street noise lasting until around midnight, while our room at the back was very quiet.
Tip: Request a back-facing room if you plan to nap during the day or sleep early."
