Best place we stayed in Portugal. Awesome for family of 4 (two adult kids). Staff was very helpful and loved location. Laundry turned out to be key because of heat wave. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making everything so easy for us. The room itself was bright, airy, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. To top it off, the cleanup crew did an amazing job cleaning the room daily, keeping everything spotless throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent property with clean spacious apartments and daily housekeeping. Apartment had many helpful amenities and appeared modern and recently renovated, although this is a historic property. Santos festival was in progress, but noise was somewhat muted as apartment (superior) was at ground level on quieter corner of street. Staff is friendly and helpful. Two minutes or less walk from Lisbon cathedral and plenty of restaurants nearby. Surroundings as you walk into Alfama and away from cathedral may appear gritty in places, but still felt safe. Note that major downtown areas like Baixa/Rossio square will be 15-20 minutes walk or 5-6 euros with Uber or Bolt, but no regrets on choice of location. Overall, truly a hidden gem. Loved the stay.

All I can say is WOW! My 3 kids and I stayed here for 4 days in Lisbon and it felt like a true luxury apt but cozy too. First, the location was the best! The street it’s on is so adorable with cute shops and tons of small restaurants within few steps with friendly owners. It’s so close to the Lisbon cathedral. We would walk down the steps daily to then walk anywhere we were going or to catch an uber. Second, the property was beautiful. We were in a two bR apt which had an ocean view that was incredible. 2 full baths and a powder room not small but good space. Beds were comfortable and windows open to our own small balcony going across all windows. We went in August so the AC was great but we often opened windows in evening for the cooler breeze. Housekeeping was great and the place was secure with someone always at main door or door would be locked with code. All staff were friendly and so helpful. We loved Bernardo, Alex and Angela! I would stay here again anytime and I highly recommend any family with kids to stay.

We were 5 adults and we had a serviced, secure 3 BR self contained spotless apartment with washer/dryer, dishwasher, air-conditioner, elevator, nice views which was everything we wanted! The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to Castle of São Jorge, downtown Lisboa, Tagus river, and many restaurants and bars. The staff especially Alex were very courteous and helpful in suggesting places to visit. They also arranged for transportation to and from the airport for a fee and accommodated us when we had to make changes when our flight was canceled. A one of a kind vacation. I recommend it 100%

Very spacious 2 BR, 2BA apartment with conveniences such as washer/dryer, full kitchen, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, etc. The building is well-located in an area that was quiet at night, but within walking distance of more active neighborhoods and is walkable to historical sites. The front desk staff was very friendly and fluent in English. They were helpful with our bags and advice on sightseeing. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Arriving at the site is a bit tricky, since the street it is on is closed to everyone but local residents. I believe taxis also have access but Uber drivers do not. There is no parking. Unfortunately none of the channels showed World Cup Soccer coverage, but we were within walking distance of a very active Fan Zone site.

We loved this hotel/apartment with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The rooms are new and nicely decorated. The unit had a kitchen and washer/dryer. The washer/dryer was very slow compared to the American washer/dryers. But it was nice to have one to use. This was our favorite hotel during our 10 day trip to Spain/Portugal.
