Great little hotel in Lisbon. Walkable to the train stations, and in the middle of the city, so easy to walk to many of the main sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Location is perfect, in the middle of the city area with walking distance to the famous square. Very courteous staff, breakfast is very good. Rooms / bathroom are a bit according to the typical size in a city but overall great experience. WiFi could be more reliable and faster.

Room was very clean, a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the room. The room is pretty small, I’ll be honest about it. The location could not be any better. Literally meters away from everything you want to see an old Lisbon.

I stayed for 2-3 nights and the staff were very kind. However, I think the rooms are a bit outdated and can use a little touch up. The rugs in the room were stained and the walls had some water damage. The blankets on the bed had a lot of lint. I also noticed that the mini fridge in the room was leaking on and off. The sure if the fridge was also stained. The location is pretty convenient and close to many shops and restaurants. If you plan on using uber, you’ll have to get picked up on the next street over but it’s just a 30 second walk
