All staff are welcoming and helpful, especially Marta and Ricardo. I stayed here 2 different times and both stays were wonderful. Breakfast has a large selection of options to pick from. Location is perfect and easy to walk around. Nice extra touch like a nice written note welcoming me back the 2nd time.. i am looking forward to returning to the nice room, comfy bed and friendly staff.

The location is excellent, very clean and quiet, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and some of Lisbon's attractions. It is also very convenient for transportation, such as the 28 tram. The staff are also very warm and attentive.

Great location, near the centre and close to metro. Nice friendly staff and rooms were comfortable. Only real complaint is the curtains aren’t big enough so don’t fully block the sun which is a slight privacy issue. But overall comfortable, clean hotel, nice staff and centrally located. Ideal for a weekend break or longer stay.

This hotel has easy access to restaurants, shopping and some of sites to see in Lisbon. The hotel staff did a great job of keeping it clean but I did notice some things were permanently dirty like the carpets and the shower.
