Beautiful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance to a lot of sightseeing. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, great amenities. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We’re certainly going back to Lisbon and the Ferraria is our place to stay.

This is a fantastic property! The location is amazing, and it really is pretty quiet given that it’s in the middle of everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top notch. Definitely would recommend and would come back again!

The hotel receptionist upon arrival arranged to have our rooms ready before the check in time. The bed was very comfy, great sound proofing from the other rooms as well as the outside. Centralized and close to everything. Breakfast was provided and greatly appreciated. 10/10 we will definitely stay again

Very nice stay. I can't say anything negative about this place, which is rare. The breakfast was wonderful. Room was very modern and clean. When I got there, there were chocolates on the bed, a small bottle of wine. The location is very central to the whole old town area. You are literally one block away from the central strip with all the restaurants. I have to say that each and every employee was very friendly and accommodating. 100% a great pick. Management and employees are really nice!

Amazing start to our Portugal trip

After a long flight, our stay was perfect. Great location, spacious and comfortable room and quite clean. The hotel itself had great interior. The breakfast was the perfect way to start each day. Staff was very kind and friendly.

The staff are fantastic. Truly too shelf. The bed is comfy and the breakfast is good. The place is comfortable despite no bar nor any room service. The AC was not great and it was really hot. The traffic in front of the hotel is literally impossible. You simply cannot drive nor get an uber or anything , it has to be blocks away. Its very very touristy.
