"We had a really hard bed mattress I never experience before . Did not sleep well all night Room is small. Amenity was not good The bathroom not clean enough and towel has only two set . So we did not take a shower in the morning because the towel was not dry enough Not for me"

"Small hotel, needs a refresh, carpet is pulling up and has rolls from all the suitcases. Bed is extremely hard as are the pillows. If you’re in a pinch and don’t want to leave the airport you will get a captive audience hotel."

"The breakfast is average , sometimes below average, needs to be organized better, sometimes a long queue, the food is not diverse , limited variety, needs to be more international. There is also language barrier, the restaurant staff’s english knowledge is very limited, needs to have at least basic english knowledge at an international hotel . "

"We had a fantastic stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Yokohama. The room was super spacious, clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were great and the views were beautiful. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay and the hotel had a nice calm, luxury feeling to it. The facilities were excellent and everything felt very well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yokohama!"
