The beach is across the street. You can see Mount Fuji in the distance. Hotel staff is very attentative. The hotel also provide car service to train stations such that you can go for day trip easily. The spa is nice after a long walk.

It is quiet but offer easy access to other areas by train. The beach is right across the street. I enjoy walking to Enoshima island and watch sunrise and sunset. The hotel provides shuttle service on demand. The spa is great relaxation after all the walking.

Fantastic room (5th floor, 2 rooms on that floor) which is quite large, separate bedroom, living areas, and bathroom which has views, balcony views of Mt Fuji, beach, and Enoshima. Nice king sized bed, good tea and coffee machine, bathroom is huge with decent bath, shower, and views over bay. Good restaurants in vicinity (maybe 5 minute walk to the restaurant hub but Mosberger is next door). Choice of breakfast, we took the Japanese style which is pretty decent - fish, rice or rice porridge, miso soup, and some sides, they alternated between salmon and white fish over the four days we were there. The staff are really lovely and really everything was perfect we had a great time and would definitely stay again, if I had one request it would be for wine to be available with the daily complimentary drinkies, but there is a supermarket 3 minutes away with plenty of options for wine anyway.

Just breathe… relax… and book this hotel ASAP!

Omgooooodness!!!! Do not hesitate to book your reservations!!! This place was the most relaxing hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay!! I’m blown away from the amount of amenities this accommodation offers! I travel domestic and abroad a lot and have never had accommodations offer a “high end spa” in your room! We stayed in room 501. We had a jetted tub, steam room, rain shower, blue light therapy, sauna & a massage chair!! In our ROOM!!!! Plus they served us breakfast in our Room. We had outdoor seating with Mt Fuji and ocean view! Welcome beverage after they picked us up at the train station. Though English was had for staff, they were incredibly sweet and helpful! Easy to understand what we needed. If I only I could have stayed here another week…. !!! This place was a true gem!!!!

Across the street from the beach, this hotel was much better than expected. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Menu of toiletries to choose from upon check-in. Innovative use of space on the entire property without sacrificing comfort. Breakfast is delivered to your room and is very good. Many restaurants and activities within walking distance, including the train station.

チェックインから親切に対応していただきました。 二泊しました。 江ノ島散策し、翌日は、鎌倉散策まで江ノ電に揺られながら湘南海岸を見ることが出来ました。 散策から一度ホテルに戻り、夕食に出かける時歩き疲れたのでタクシーをお願いしようかなと思いホテルの方へ相談しましたら、リクエスト通りの居酒屋さんまで送って頂き、旅の最終日に最高のおもてなしを受けました。 次もこのホテルにお世話になりたいと思います。 最高😀
