"Helpful, friendly and informative staff. Fully appreciate the traditional architecture and warm atmosphere of a historical building. The well equipped public kitchen provides guests with the flexibility of preparing their own meals. Reminds me of dormitory experience back in University good old days. Room is large and comfortable. The only complaint is an additional charge for the outdoor onsen. One final note is guests of upper floors are required to carry their own luggage climbing up a steep...
