The rooms are so clean, big, and luxurious. Of course the hot spring bath on the balcony is the best amenity, but this hotel also does a great job of stocking every room with other useful items. Don't sleep in and miss the wonderful breakfast and set some time aside to relax in the lounge.

Outstanding stay- staff went above and beyond to make sure we were good. View from our deck was stunning. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The indoor Onsen was amazing. I wish we could have booked another night. Thank you for your service !

Excellent service. Not only was the stay memorable for us but the hotel staff exceeded expectations. When Uber blew it on a timed taxi hailing, they shuttled us up to the station to make our train - off schedule. Great service! The buffet is also awesome and rooms are so sweet! Views are excellent and the location is at the heart of the beachfront. Pretty great spot to experience Atami.

Perhaps the best hotel we have ever visited. The personal onsen baths are amazing with a magnificent view of the bay. The room itself was expansive and beautiful. All drinks in the fridge are free. Breakfast is excellent . The staff is A+++ and very accommodating. The happy hour with free unlimited drinks is a nice perk. One caveat— checkin starts at 3 p.m. and not a minute sooner.
