"The hotel was great. I had a room on the 13th floor where I had a great view but there was a very loud noise that looped at night. Loud enough that ear plugs didn’t work. It looped every evening for the entire stay and while not the fault of the hotel I would have liked to be notified there was external noise in my booking"

"Room was clean, but cramped because of the 3 beds (typical for Japan). The Bathroom, however, was nice and spacious. The Welcome Lounge is a treat with the snacks and good drinks. Breakfast was amazing! So many options and a lot of them were fresh. I specially liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were helpful. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was so convenient. Then there’s the location. There’s a mall and train station just across the street. You can use the hotel walkway on the second floor to cross. And, let’s not forget the 24-hr Lawson store in the building. It’s great for when you get hungry in the middle of the night and the restaurants are already closed. "

"The rooms are small, as described in the measurements online so it's quite tight for a family of 4 (w 2 small kids) but did the job for us. Check in was quick and easy for us, process is very smooth. Staff are prompt in responding to inquiries (front desk & room service). They come by quite quickly if after you make your phone call requesting for extra items. Washroom has a very high step which takes time to adjust to, a bit dark so hard to see how clean it is. The breakfast buffet selection is good, and the staff serving is good. It runs from 07:00 to 10:30. For some reason, we were ushered out really quick on one of the mornings (at 10:35am) even though there were other people who were still seated at their tables. We loved there is an underground path to walk to get to Shinjuku station, it was very convenient for us. "
