The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was clean. There were some stains on the carpet and the shower curtain that probably couldn’t be removed, but overall the room was tidy and well-maintained. The breakfast was indeed quite basic. The location was excellent — we could reach almost everything on foot except for Tokyo Tower and the Imperial Palace (which is clear from the map anyway). There were shops less than a minute away. It was perfect for spending a few nights here. The room was well-equipped, and cleaning service was provided. Overall, it’s a great value for the money.

ユニットバスの狭さが 1人なら問題ないけど トイレに腰掛けたときに扉に 脚が当たります。 朝食はクロワッサンのみの ドリンクあり コーヒーがあって良かった。 駐車場予約制だから 予約を別で取らないといけないのが手間かなと。 停めれるし 駅もそんなに遠いわけでもないので アクセスはしやすいです。 南側の部屋だったので 夜景が綺麗でした。

スタッフの方がとても親切で好感が持てました。 チェックインも早く、暑い日だったのでいち早く部屋に入りたかったので、助かりました。 広々として清潔な部屋で居心地が良かったです。 wifiはすぐ繋がりますが、切れやすいです。 通常スマフォのテザリングやポケットWi-Fiを利用しているので、私としては問題ありません。 朝食付きなのも有難いです。 また利用したいと思います。

For what I wanted, a clean room and clean bed (I’m 6’2 and the bed was long enough), it was perfect. Great location, less than 10 mins walk from two train stations, Lawson and 7-11 just across the road, friendly staff with enough English that we got by and a decent (if limited) complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
