"My only complaint about the hotel was how rigid the staff were adhering to the check in rules. I arrived at 2:45pm and was told check in was at 3pm. Another guest arrived several minutes before 3 and was told the same. Subsequently at 3pm approximately 30 guests tried to checkin…."

"Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. It's only a 20min walk or 10min subway trip from Sapporo station with great food and entertainment all around it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean with a good sized shower/tub and having an in room laundry machine was very convenient. I didn't eat at the hotel since there are so many restaurants around it but the dining area looked nice."

"Beautiful, new hotel with a very spacious bedroom. Great amenities. The only downside is that they don't allow tattooed persons to bathe in the Onsen. Still, would highly recommend."

"Everything about the ANA Crowne Plaza in Sapporo is excellent. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Even the elevators were quick, accessible and very quiet. Excellent water pressure, comfortable firm mattresses. Wifi was great. Staff was very friendly. Very close to everything I wanted to see and buy."
