"Aaron and Guillermo were always very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us arrange special meals for our daughter, who has dietary restrictions, making our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I can't remember the names of the housekeeping, room service, and in-suite snack staff, but their service was also top-notch. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay."

"My family and I had an absolutely amazing vacation at Ocean Riviera Paradise! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers something for everyone. Our kids had an incredible time with all the family-friendly activities, while the adults were able to relax and enjoy the pools, and outstanding restaurants. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, so there was always something new to try. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The entertainment each evening was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was fun, relaxing, and perfect for families. We made so many wonderful memories together and are already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our family vacation so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable all-inclusive getaway!"

"This resort is absolutely stunning! But 1st let me start with Expedia, we loved the ease of booking, discounts on room & the many offerings & privileges once we arrived like the rooftop restaurant& spa discounts. Our ocean view room was insanely gorgeous & wonderfully stocked. We loved everything about this resort. The food, entertainment, all the different pools, activities & hospitality. The service is outstanding & they will go above & beyond to make sure your stay is great. You must do a spa treatment, the spa facilities are next level. We have found our favorite in Mexico & will be back again! Stay here to be pampered & amazed at the earthly decor & jungle like atmosphere. We had an amazing vacation!"

"Everything was clean and well maintained. My family and o really liked the place. They have a little fountain which my little one loved it too he will be entertained. Food and service was great! Pool and entertainment was great too. What we didn’t like about the room was the bathroom you barely has privacy. the floor will get wet pretty easy and gets too slippery. Really dangerous with little ones. WiFi it’s really really bad. You can pay if you need to. But this should be included. Also everything is really far away you have to walk a lot from the lobby to the main pool. So consider if you have kids Also when checking in. Lobby was extremely hot. It’s open so no AC. They should get Fans at least."

"A Great All-Inclusive Hotel Choice in Playa del Carmen at an Affordable Rate We really enjoyed our stay at the “El Beso” adults-only section of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Although it's a large property, it's easy to navigate on foot. Shuttles are continually available to transport you around if needed, but we preferred to walk and enjoy the beautiful views and wildlife. Because we stayed in the month of June during the high sargassum season, the beach was not swimmable, but there are plenty of other activities that can be done. You can also book a tour at the hotel to Cozumel, cenotes and many other attractions of the area that are worth visiting. With the privilege option, we gained access to all areas of the hotel, including the privilege lounge, where we had a great à la carte dinner. Rosa, our assigned butler, was always checking on us and made sure that we had everything we needed. We booked a swim-up room, which was lovely—clean, spacious, with very comfortable bedding. The pools were not overcrowded, and we had no trouble getting drinks at the swim-up bar at El Beso. The Amaranto buffet offered a variety of delicious choices. Although it was often busy, there was always seating available. We also enjoyed the main lobby bar and the coffee house during our stay."

"There is not enough good things I can say about my stay at Paradisus La Perla! The resort was beautiful, our room was clean abd comfortable The food was outstanding but in all honesty what impress me the most was the people working there. From the, bellboy, to the receptionists, cleaning crew, waitresses, cooks. Every single one of then was invested in making out experience the best we ever had. I do have to give a special thanks to Eleazar in the reception area for working with us to upgrade our room, to Veronica our concierge for being so attentive and in constant communication with me to make sure that all our needs were met and specially to Don Carlos who was such a wonderful person and did something special every day on the last 3 days of our stay to make sure that my birthday trip was nothing less than magical. There arw many more people to thank Miss Rosa, Lupita, Gaby and many more that I do not recall be name but I will remember for your kindness and all the effort yoh put to make sure thar we felt pampered during our entire stay! Thank you so much for giving me a fabulous trip to remember 💗"
