"This place is great. The owner Israel is very responsive and nice. I originally stayed at another hotel but their AC was broken. I had to find another hotel last minute at 8:30PM. I found this place because it’s close to where I originally stayed and messaged Israel. He welcomed me to his hotel despite the late time of day. The check in process was super easy too. The hotel is clean and has all basic supplies you’ll need. Israel has been responsive and helpful the whole stay. Would definitely...

"It was a great experience, I highly recommend this resort through Expedia, great pools great food great staff great rooms, just that is under construction half of the resort they should drop the price because of it, you can’t enjoy the whole resort until is completed, other then that is perfect "

"This was my second time staying here and I loved it even more than the first time. A BEAUTIFUL large resort with so much space, nature, and animals. The food and staff are both great. They have a shuttle to Playa Del Carmen downtown multiple times a day, which was a blast. We played volleyball every day and had such a great vacation. It really feels like a break from real life. "

"We loved the property and amenities; the staff is very professional, and the service is great in all areas.
However, the specialty restaurants La Locanda & Steakhouse have very poor air conditioning inside, which makes the dinner experience super uncomfortably hot. Someone in our party even felt so bad that she could not finish the meal and had to step outside of the restaurant, it is a shame since we booked this hotel for a party of 6, and ended up having such a bad experience."
