"Best all inclusive adults only resort!! Customer service is exceptional! The rooftop pool is the best and so relaxing! The food is delicious and so easy to make reservations. If you go to Dos Almas, ask to sit with Hugo. He is very caring and goes above and beyond to enhance your experience. Ilse from the entertainment team has the biggest heart and makes all the activities so fun! Mariana from the Mayordomos was exceptional. She went above and beyond for my partner and I! She searched for us wherever we were and was genuinely sweet. All the staff make the experience so much more amazing and hard to leave."

"The property and amenities were extremely amazing, also the restaurants were very good and I would certainly visit this resort again in the future. Now if the beach itself had more area and more sand (less rocks) it would have made our stay that much better.

"The room was clean, however, the slide door to the fridge was miss aligned and was almost impossible to open.
The shower rack was loose and everything almost fall apart.
Worst thing happened on the last night, 3 people including my son started to have diarrhea and vomiting issue and my son is still on feaver, the common food they had was the ice cream."

"Amazing resort for our family vacation (2 adults, 2 children aged 4 and 11). Beautiful property with lots of wildlife; every square inch of it boasted life and amenities. Massive resort but continuous shuttle service made navigation easy. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again!"
