This was my second time staying here and I loved it even more than the first time. A BEAUTIFUL large resort with so much space, nature, and animals. The food and staff are both great. They have a shuttle to Playa Del Carmen downtown multiple times a day, which was a blast. We played volleyball every day and had such a great vacation. It really feels like a break from real life.

Overall I enjoyed my experience at the Grand Sunset Princess. The staff was friendly, rooms was clean, food was typical of any resort. Would book again.
