The food was phenomenal!!! The facilities are very clean and well kept. We had an issue with a musty smell in our room that we mentioned, and they had resolved by the time we were back from dinner! The staff was outstanding, special shoutout to the entertainment team: Monica, Cristian, Miguel! We will 100% be back to Secrets Moxché.

Absolutely loves this resort. All of the workers seemed happy to be there and they were all excellent at their jobs. The property was so clean and the food was 11/10. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Loved the food options and also that there were activities during the day and an entertainment crew! Also awesome nightlife! The Gypsy club was a blast and the resort did an awesome job at making it exciting!

Most of the staff were very friendly. The elevators didn't work and no one was there to help with luggages having to go up and down the stairs.

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Truly a 10/10 stay—we’ll definitely be coming back!
