Great location. With a supermarket, a coffee shop and a taqueria downstairs, close to everything. Looks to be very new building and super clean. The room was big, I wish there was a microwave. We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. The location is excellent - close to beaches, a variety of restaurants, and it was helpful to have a grocery store right underneath. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the fruit and made to order eggs. While there were a couple of minor issues (safe and fridge not working), the staff addressed them in a timely manner. We found the front staff and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly.

Rooms are spacious. Bed is super comfy. Pool is excellent! Location perfect! They need to provide better towels as they were thin and not soft. The entrance to pool was not always consistent - sometimes door was locked and/or open. Being a platinum member they offered no perks. Also DO NOT UPGRADE TO A BALCONY - waste of money all balconies overlook an empty concrete courtyard. No view.

Better off bringing your own or else if you forget to return theirs or loose their ticket for it and your out 25.00 each. The grocery store underneath was a plus. Annoyed that I had to call for help to get English speaking tv had to reset each channel. It was safe, clean, and sleepy well.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room and hotel itself were good, particularly the rooftop. Location is excellent and central, can walk to best shopping and restaurants in 5 mins. However persistent issues with hot water, was on only lukewarm at most until I switched room on day 4 (new room was fine). Switch of rooms was due to issue with air conditioning in my first room (causing it to be very noisy, particularly problematic at night). This was not dealt with swiftly - maintenance only happened after asking multiple times and did not resolve the issue, hence room switch. 2nd room was fine.

Amazing hotel

Absolutely fabulous! Wish we were here longer! The staff were all so friendly and the hotel is immaculate. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The best thing is the rooftop pool area. Loved the infinity pool and it was an amazing space to hang out and just chill. Will definitely stay here longer on our next trip!
