"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The in-room two person hot tub was amazing. The food and availability of options were limitless. All tasty. Not as salty and processed as American food. The pools, excursions and entertainment were all excellent. Friendly staff all around. NEGATIVES:: the seagrass was everywhere! The bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows were too flat. Lastly, we couldn’t use the tv even after we asked twice. Overall. 10/10. We plan to go back!"

"I was skeptical about booking an all inclusive resort, as we have not really done them before. I also spent a long time looking at more expensive resorts, under the view they would be much "better". For a family holiday, I cannot think of anything this hotel could do better, and I have stayed in some nice places. The food quality was very high. The buffet selection was wide but all to a high standard. The restaurants were also a high quality. The facilities were perfect. We have a 7 year old and he loved the pool and water park. The resort was very family friendly but did not feel like a kid zoo. It was friendly, relaxed and fun. Maybe the best asset of the hotel are the staff. They genuinely went out of their way to accommodate. Some suggestions - we did not upgrade to the family concierge and did not regret it. Maybe if you like even more exclusivity. We did chose a room with a hot tub. In hindsight a hot tub in 35 degree heat was silly. Next time I would like a room that was on the ground floor where you could swim up from the pool. I would highly recommend a Tulum/Cenote/Mayan ruins/snorkling trip. This review may sound very positive, but genuinely I have only good things to say. Shout out to Andres in reception who helped us out."

"Ce qui m'a déplu surtout c'est le fait que on offrait presque rien pour le petit déjeuner. On arrivait avant 9h00 am du matin. Pas de pains pas de bananes. Très ordinaire alors que j'avais mentionné petit déjeuner compris. J'ai dû faire une demande de frigo pour en avoir un."

"Super clean property. Gated parking. Staff was incredible!! Breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the beaches. It's a bit far from Quinta, but a good walk if you're up for it. We definitely will be back. Super comfortable room; rooftop pool; everything was excellent."
