"Connected to everywhere I need to go via underground walkway. Great when the weather is not nice outside and also save a lot of transportation cost. The rooftop barbeque was great. It was a lot of fun. I have a room facing the TV towel and Odori Park wonderful view."

"Room was clean, and staff were approachable. Although I didn’t opt for the breakfast, the location is very convenient with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Best of all, it is near the Sapporo station and many landmarks, so it made my stay in Sapporo very convenient. I also enjoyed their public bath - surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded whenever I came in on evenings after dinner."

"Staff was very helpful - they even brought you to your room and pushed the luggage for you. The hotel was very clean and exceptional. Room size was adeqaute. Room was well furnished and very clean. Breakfast was exceptional - choice of japanese style vs western style. Sushi, miso, ramen, ice cream, dessert was all incuded in the breakfast. Breakfast starts from six am which means that you prepare early for the day. Places near the hotel was very convenient and walkable from the subway station. Overall a great place to stay!"

"Tokyu Stay in Sapporo was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with great amenities including a washer and dryer and cooking facilities in the room itself. The staff we very accommodating and generous with their time and hospitality. The went above and beyond to help. The hotel provides free coffee, a generous breakfast along with free icecream (when we stayed there). I do not have anything negative to say...I would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers."
