The hotel is in an excellent location. Since the hotel is brand new, everything is in great condition, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The other guests were very respectful and considerate, and the hotel never felt crowded, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented, and the public bath was exceptionally clean. The lounge on the 20th floor was also beautifully maintained, spotless, and very comfortable. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Everything was great. The location, the corner room view, the public bath, the beds, just to name a few. The only thing I would suggest improving would be breakfast. Although it is nice to have a somewhat different set menu options, the additional buffet items were rather limited. Aside from that, everything was great.

Excellent hotel - brand new and directly connected to the underground walkway from Sapporo station. Rooms are a very good size and hotel itself is modern and clean. Only negative is there is no coin laundry available only laundry via the front desk with the cost based on individual items. Staff were excellent in helping with requests. Especially when resolving an issue with forwarding my luggage they contacted me at my next hotel, removed the items that were not allowed for air deliveries and sent them separately free of charge to my next hotel.

Newly built hotel very central. Onsen was nice and a small basic gym with treadmill and some cycles. Elevator more or less goes to Sapporo station. Didn’t hear construction at all stayed at corner double. Highly recommend

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, great amenities, good breakfast buffet, convenient location. The only negative thing I can think of is the the public bath was very basic so I ended up just bathing in my room instead. I wish the public bath had an extra amenity or feature.
