The in-suite laundry is a plus as amenity, but it is very sensitive where error code easily gets triggered. Location is definitely ideal for this hotel, as it's right next to a very central shopping district and everything becomes super convenient. Room layout is odd - a powder room with a toilet c/w basin over the tank is in place, where there isn't sufficient room for soap for proper hand washing. In order to get to a proper sink, one has to walk past the living area (approx 8-9 steps) accessing a sink at the kitchenette or the adjacent laundry/bathroom area. Onsen is overly small considering the number of floors with occupants (14, with up to 10 floors with rooms); dining area is ok with relatively rich varieties of food to choose from. Food variations could improve a little, as staying for over 3-4 days with 95% consistent food selections dull up one's taste palette.

Good location, easy to walk around. Hotel parking with cover is a plus during winter time, Family Mart is connected to hotel too. Nice bath at hotel but very crowded at night time, free coffee at lobby from 3-9pm, breakfast is good too! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The hotel only cleans the room on alternate days. If you want it cleaned daily, you have to pay extra. For the price we paid, daily cleaning should be included to enhance guest experience. Otherwise, location is very good and convenient. Breakfast spread is amazing.

Easily one of the largest rooms we've ever stayed in across Japan at this price point. Perfectly located in the heart of everything you need to walk to in downtown Sapporo. Awesome buffet breakfast, comfortable shared spaces, and aesthetic public baths. Staff was exceptional. On-site parking at a reasonable fee was also a plus.

The decoration of public bathhouse is retro style which is very attractive. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. However, the front desk staff was unprofessional due to check-in process was a bit confusing.

Great location and comfortable room with a view of the Ferris wheel and shopping street. The breakfast had a large variety but felt it was not catered to Australian breakfast options however can not complain as there was something for everyone even it it was more like lunchtime food. Onsen was very clean and free for hotel guest. Would stay again if in Sapporo.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom are decent size. The breakfast was great. Location is great. The housekeeping and staff were great. However the issue is the laundry amenities. Only 2 laundry machines which is not enough and not reliable machines for this high volume hotel. Many tourist bus from China came to this hotel. They should have at least 6 reliable laundry machines for this size of hotel. If we can turn back time we would choose a different hotel.
