Beautiful, new hotel with a very spacious bedroom. Great amenities. The only downside is that they don't allow tattooed persons to bathe in the Onsen. Still, would highly recommend.

Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo
Spacious (rare for Japanese hotels if you don’t pay up a huge premium) and clean rooms! Also it was pretty conveniently located where the airport limousine can drop you off and the stations are walking distance!
